We liked 2.5" lcd screen size on Nikon CoolPix S4 quite better than 2.4" lcd screen size at Samsung S800.
More details at its picture has Samsung S800 since it has 8.1Mpix at picture. Nikon CoolPix S4 has less details and worse picture quality (6Mpix).
Nikon CoolPix S4 has better optical zoom (10x) than Samsung S800 which has 3x optical zoom.
